Description Robert Half is seeking an administrative assistant for our client, a leading company in the commercial and residential cleanup/restoration industry. This is a full-time contract-to-permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize project files and records within the company’s project management system to ensure accurate documentation.
- Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries related to past services, ongoing projects, and general business matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and support project completion.
- Assist with collecting client payments by managing records and conducting necessary follow-ups.
- Support the legal department by organizing and managing confidential documents as required.
- Draft clear and concise correspondence, update spreadsheets, and prepare routine administrative reports.
- Schedule and manage appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly.
