Summary We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Acts. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that our commitment to customer satisfaction is met. The Administrative Assistant will be based in one of our locations and will play a key role in maintaining efficient office functions. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email communication. Assist with data entry Handle incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity. Review resumes and do phone screens on new applicates Proofread materials for accuracy before distribution. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
