You’ll be on the front lines of communication—answering calls, working with our client base to collect applications, and supporting day-to-day office functions. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; field questions or direct them to the right team member. Reach out to clients to collect necessary information and applications. Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with basic administrative duties—filing, scanning, data entry, calendar management. Help manage office inventory and supply orders. Support ownership with various tasks and follow-through. Collaborate with the team to handle any daily operational needs.
