In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience, maintaining the store’s appearance, and supporting various operational tasks. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed attractively. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the checkout area and store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Proficiency in cash handling procedures Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
