Branch Coordinator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 2115 North Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 The Branch Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and operational support of the branch, ensuring efficiency of work order management, warranty processing, expense tracking, and coordination with corporate departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. Open, manage, and close work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Review and correct weekly technician time and time sheets to ensure accuracy. Create and reconcile Purchase Orders (POs) while maintaining proper documentation. Track and code branch expenses for accurate reporting. Review Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to ensure targets are met. Manage warranty and non-warranty work orders, including collecting necessary data, pictures, and narratives for closure. File warranty work orders and manage warranty Accounts Receivable (AR). Collaborate with corporate service, parts, and warranty management teams to streamline processes. Coordinate training and travel accommodation for local branch personnel. Prepare expense reports and reimbursement documentation for eligible branch employee expenses. Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations. Must be versatile across multiple technical disciplines Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in the equipment dealership, equipment rental, construction, automotive, or related industry. Strong background in office administration, organization, and multi-tasking. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and dealership management systems. Experience in accounting and invoicing is a plus.
