The Position:
The Administrative Assistant, reporting the Department/Facility leader, will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization. This shift works 3:30pm- 12:00am, Monday- Friday. The pay for this role is $21.75/hour. Your Day to
Day:

Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned; including, but not limited to, data entry; copying; filing; and retrieving information as needed Daily document reconciliation and reporting Process and record transactions: prepare, post, verify, and record daily customer payments and transactions related to customer accounts Maintain and update records to ensure accurate customer information and payments Maintain records, assist with document control Communicate relevant information to all team members and other departments as necessary Proactively identify problems and implement Performs other duties as assigned. Prior related office experience preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred). Proficient with all Microsoft applications. Must demonstrate high level of interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work well under pressure and problem solve across a variety of business processes. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. Strong emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail.
