Overseeing specific assigned projects, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Work ranges from standardized office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving decision making and judgment. Public contact is a major component of position, both internal and external to the organization. Work requires contact with program staff, managers within the organization, renewal of company contracts. It is essential to have an understanding of the importance of confidentiality in all matters of Administration. Follows and abides by company policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma. Associate Degree preferred. • Prefer a minimum of two years college or specialized training from a business or secretarial school. Use of personal computer, Microsoft Office, multi-line phone, use of general office equipment. Competent to complete meeting notes and minutes with minimal supervision

Hospital setting. Staff working in this position may be required to intervene and assist with aggressive patients. Works in a well-lighted and ventilated setting, is subject to frequent interruptions, is involved with the patients and personnel throughout designated unit under varying conditions and circumstances. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Able to walk and stand for long periods. Able to participate in crisis prevention intervention.
