Job Description

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This Contract to permanent position involves supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring accurate data management to maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working with various software tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update large Excel spreadsheets containing customer information, including names, roles, and activity timestamps.
  • Accurately input and organize data related to customer document requests and communication dates.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, delivering attentive customer service and maintaining clear communication.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to ensure efficient time management.
  • Receive and categorize files, ensuring they are properly stored within the system.
  • Respond to email correspondence promptly and effectively.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to complete administrative tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities and documentation for tracking purposes.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.
  • MUST have great Excel knowledge and skills
  • Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and appointments.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and inputting data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred.
