JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for monitoring and updating accounts in the repossession process, ensuring compliance with company policies and all State and Federal statutory and regulatory guidelines. Manages a repossession queue of approximately 100 accounts, process repossession work and system updates. Clerical duties include preparing Intent to Sale letters for vehicles that have been repossessed, reviewing emails daily from vendors. Assist Asset Remarketing Department in paperwork, system updates, and light skip tracing of assigned vehicles. All Special Asset Clerks must adhere to all Bank policies, procedures and all compliance regulations. SKILLS REQUIRED
PC skills with an extensive working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently on projects Solid Attention to Detail Solid communication and interpersonal skills required High school diploma or equivalent required
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Ensure all Titles and Repo Sold checks are processed correctly and in a timely manner 2. Assist Administratively with departmental tasks as needed 3. Process Repossession packets and mail Intent to Sale letters 4. Maintain log of Towing Notices 5. Communicate with 3rd Party Vendor on holds and release holds 6. Review Sales Expenses to assure timely vendor submission 7. Processing vendor invoices 8. Completes required applicable paperwork including sending all required Federal and State regulation letters 9. Update and Monitor Recovery Management System for Asset Remarketing Status 10.
