Position Overview:
We are hiring a Business Office Coordinator . This key role oversees administrative tasks, manages billing and patient admissions, and ensures smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and regulatory compliance are essential. Join us to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Collect private paying accounts Submit and follow up on re-authorizations Initiate and collect documents for Medicaid applications Manage daily business office operations to ensure efficient workflow and communication Maintain accurate financial records, including billing, payments, and collections Support development and implementation of regulatory-compliant office policies and procedures Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and effective communication Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and excellent customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations is preferred. A year of Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred.
