QA Admin Position Available In Shelby, Tennessee

Job Description:

• Manager is very open and interested in a recent college grad,due to the entry-level nature of this position Candidate may berequired to work 1 Sunday/month to assist with Plant Clean-UpActivities Our ideal candidate will have experience frommanufacturing environment and in the best scenario – foodmanufacturing. The list of tasks is following:
• Maintain microswabbing database, including performance of micro swabs, shipmentof swabs
• Monitor inventory of swabbing supplies
• Make entry todatabase (Excel files, Kleanz software, EOL…)
• Responsible forpaperwork and spreadsheets in the Hold Process of the plant usingSAP system
• E-mailing various reports and sheets
• Update andmaintain other spreadsheets in this department on SAP includingwriting maintenance notifications
• Prepared, and file dailypaperwork and analysis regarding product and figures for the day onSAP
• Retrieve Quality samples from production floor
• Processpayments (through calls, web page)
• Attend meetings relating tofood quality, and Hold Process Keep designated area in order
• Prepare and update SSOP’s
• File correspondence, documents andreturning items to file folders on daily basis
• Make copies ofdocuments as requested
• Other duties as requested
• Efficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Experience with SAPis plus Entry Level.
