The person in this position will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our patients. Position Summary The duty of the Front Office Staff include but not limited to: Registering and/or updating patient registrations completely and accurately. Checking -in and checking – out patients. Assist patient with self check in as needed. Schedule return appointments. Verifying insurance eligibility and updating insurance. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Collect any copays or coinsurances due at time of service. Collect patient balances. Be responsible for cash box and turning in TOS money each day. May be ask to help in at our Johnson City or Kingsport locations as needed. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent or higher education. Computer proficiency with Windows and Outlook experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Good decision making skills. Must be able to work independently.
