Support Staff Job Summary The Office of Financial Services seeks a Procard Coordinator to assist with the university’s procurement card program. This includes assistance in maintaining approximately 700 cards with over $6 million in annual spending. This position reports to the Procurement Card Department Manager and the key responsibilities are to assist with administering the program, conducting procurement card training sessions, auditing cardholder purchases and records, and reviewing monthly charge reports to ensure appropriate spending. Additional duties comprise assisting in maintenance of the procurement card databases and records with the card provider bank and ERP system, compiling data for reports, overseeing confidential materials in line with financial policies, and processing accounts payable when required.
