We currently have an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to join our luxury golf course community and real estate development. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Administrative Support:
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as requested.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
Member Relations:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
  • Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assisting with member billing questions.
Receptionist Duties:
  • Greeting members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing the front desk and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Directing visitors and answering inquiries.
Accounting Assistance:
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Processing invoices.
Manage Accounts Receivable:

Process member payments, update billing information, and send requested statements.

    Customer Support & Communication:

    Handle phone calls, voicemails, and emails related to billing inquiries, payment issues, and account updates.

    • Handles the completion of daily deposit transactions as needed.
    Internal Collaboration:

    assist with accounting-related questions, and support team operations as needed.

    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures.
    Human Resources Support:
    • Assisting with onboarding processes.
    • Assisting with HR-related inquiries.
    • Supports recruitment efforts and streamlines employee onboarding during peak season.
    • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
    • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
    • May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
    • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
    • Assists with execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, and holiday parties.
    • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
    • Supports the Finance, Administration and HR teams during team member absences.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Physical/Mental Demands of the Position Requires mobility and prolonged standing. Bending and reaching to a height of eight feet. Transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to thirty (30) pounds. Working at a height of four (4) feet. Normal sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound. Normal vision range. Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to distinguish letter, figures, symbols, and colors. Work may be performed in small areas having a three-foot access. Work entails chemical usage. Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality. Skills/Experience Required

    • Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
    • Golf course or country club experience is a plus.
