Franklin, TN 37067 Job Description CounterMeasures Corp. is a dynamic sales organization headquartered in Franklin, TN that partners with breweries, distilleries, and beverage suppliers to deliver long-term success strategies. Our services include Shared Sales Representatives, Key Account Management, Expansion, and Retail Marketing services. We are on the hunt for our next Administrative Specialist ! The Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Franklin, TN. This role will focus on invoicing, expense management, contract tracking, and general office administration. The specialist will be expected to maintain meticulous records, manage confidential information, and support internal teams with tools, resources, and timely communication. They will also help drive operational efficiency and ensure the smooth running of core administrative functions. Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: Create and manage invoices for partner accounts and ensure timely payment collection Track and organize all active contracts and financial documentation Manage company credit card accounts, expense reports, and reimbursements Document all CMC banking transactions with accuracy and clarity Order and restock office supplies as needed to support team operations Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting Support office-wide administrative needs and coordinate with leadership as needed Maintain confidential records and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information Provide support during process changes, internal audits, and organizational updates
Qualifications:
Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of Office 365 suite, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Planner Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks with urgency Strong verbal and written communication skills Creative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience using admin tools within Ramp is a plus Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
