Benefits Clerk 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1320 West Main Street, Franklin, TN 37064 The Williamson County Benefits Department is accepting applications for a full-time Benefits Clerk. The individual in this position will assist in the administration of employee benefits. Applicants should possess knowledge of benefit administration, COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, posting payroll deductions, Excel and other related office software. Applicants must be detail orientated, have excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the communication skills necessary to understand employee concerns and explain benefit policies and procedures in a clear concise manner.
