Key Responsibilities Front Office Assistant Manager

• Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients.
• Oversee front office, assist with scheduling, client intake, and appointment management.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage confidential information using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive office culture.
• Troubleshoot office technology, manage supplies, and ensure the front office runs efficiently.
• Contribute to staff training, workflow improvements, and process documentation. Email Marketer
• Design, write, and schedule engaging email campaigns to nurture existing database, promote services, convert leads and drive client retention.
• Segment email lists, analyze open/click rates, and use data to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email content with social media and digital strategies.
• Stay current with email marketing best practices and compliance standards. Who You Are
• Early-career professional (recent grad or 1-3 years’ experience) with a passion for management and technology.
• Proficient with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Klaviyo, Canva) and comfortable learning new platforms (EHR, CRM, email marketing tools).
