What You’ll Be Doing:

Get things done and help the team get stuff done

Collaborate with the team to clear blockers, stay focused, and intercept distracting work Prioritize the in-progress work and make related critical decisions Reduce delay! Find hang-ups in the workflow (processes) and fix them with owners and team Lead the team in ongoing exercises to understand, document, and improve their workflow Guide your teammates to the next right action by facilitating discussions and asking insightful questions Grow! Educating and answering questions to Parents/Guardians/Patients Corresponding with Insurance Companies Documenting Details Preparing all pertinent information for
