Day:

This is a Customer Service facing role with working hours between 9am-5pm local time. This candidate will handle answering phone calls coming from Tractor Supply team members who are experiencing financial hardships for a multitude of different reasons, such as: A death of a family member, spouse, etc. Catastrophic or extreme circumstances such as a house fire, domestic abuse, etc. Housing instability Going through a serious illness or injury and are looking for assistance with medical expenses and loss of income The team experiences around 10 calls a day (may be more or less depending on the day) and currently have 50,000+ team members within the company that can call this support line. They will need to have great communication skills and is able to speak with team members that are going through high tense situations as well as being there for emotional support for team members. The candidate will also assist with application in-take. They will be responsible for managing incoming applications by recording the Team Member’s information on a spreadsheet and sending emails confirming receipt of the Team Member’s application.

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
