Self Storage Manager Vermont Self Storage Williston, VT 05495 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, motivated Self-Storage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facilities. This role involves a mix of customer service, property maintenance, office tasks, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and comfortable working both independently and with others when needed. Responsibilities Manage daily office paperwork, end-of-month reporting, and staff Handle customer accounts, including late payments and payment scheduling Oversee and maintain facility access systems (gates, keypads, cameras) Coordinate with vendors and the software provider (SSM) Prepare certified letters, place ads, and set up storage auctions Perform unit checks, clean-outs, light repairs, etc. Ensure facility cleanliness, security, and maintenance Respond to customer inquiries and assist with unit issues Occasional on-call responsibilities for urgent issues Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to lift, shovel, and perform maintenance tasks Experience in customer service and handling cash payments Comfort with basic office software and communication tools Benefits Competitive Salary and Company Truck 401(k) with employer match Health/Dental Insurance Life Insurance (Company Paid)
