One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant to join the team. As an Administrative Assistant in the Food & Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the F&B team. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication within the department and with external partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Two years’ experience in administrative and/or hospitality role. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence within the Food and Beverage department. Ability to think on your feet and make rational judgement. Willing to work on a team with responsibility to multiple leaders. Work schedule will be Wednesdays through Sundays, 8:30am-5:00pm.
