The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to staff and clients alike. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette are essential as you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Duties Manage front desk operations, greet customers Assist customers by showing and explaining the products we offer Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication. In office and phone sales Schedule appointments for sales using google calendar Must have strong communication with sales/ estimator and installers Type and email estimates to customers Maintain customer files Create invoices in Quickbooks and receive payments Answer emails in an efficient manner Order supplies and all building materials from various vendors Write checks in QuickBooks as needed Experience Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred. Strong front desk experience with a focus on customer service is highly valued. Must be reliable Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required for effective communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
