The Assoicate Office Manager will assist in all areas of the office. Payroll, billing, deposits, and AP. Will handle new hire onboarding. Order and manage office supplies from various vendors, assist with answering the switchboard and manage and distribute mail, email, and facsimile correspondence. Experience with accounting and legal billing software Juris is a plus. Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint and OneDrive. College Degree a plus.
Normal Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00. Criminal/Drug screening.
