COMPENSATION
$60,000-$75,000 salary range
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Manage all office operations, correspondence, supplies, and workflow Process and maintain AP/AR, orders, and financial records using tools like Excel and QuickBooks Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and order support Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits communication, and payroll prep Assist sales and leadership with scheduling, presentations, travel, and special projects Maintain detailed records and reporting, including filings and licenses Tackle miscellaneous tasks like manual binding, receiving shipments, and vendor coordination
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
Be able to do the job as described Strong command of Excel and accounting software such as Sage, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Experience handling AR/AP in a manufacturing or B2B setting A meticulous, detail-driven mindset — double-checking work is second nature Proactive office leadership — someone who takes initiative and keeps others on track Proven reliability — consistently present and dependable to keep operations flowing
