Front Office Manager Home2 Suites Fultondale, AL 3289 Lowery Parkway, Fultondale, AL 35068 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management practices. Responsibilities Manage the front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes. Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and guest relations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate reporting of daily transactions. Maintain effective communication with other departments to coordinate guest services. Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience. Monitor phone systems and ensure all calls are handled promptly and professionally. Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the front office area. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a focus on front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in night audit processes is advantageous but not required.
