What You’ll Do Create a welcoming, well-organized office where everyone feels supported — staff, residents, and visitors alike Be the friendly face (and voice) of the office: greet walk-ins, answer phones, and guide inquiries to the right person Keep our office supplies stocked and systems tidy so the team can focus on what they do best Process rent checks, utility bills, and vendor invoices accurately and on time Use our property management systems and communication tools to stay in sync with colleagues and keep tasks on track Assist leadership with administrative projects, reports, and special assignments as needed
