Job Description

Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our firm. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. As the backbone of our office, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly—from managing day-to-day administrative duties to coordinating with clients and external vendors. This is an on-site position located in the Homewood area. The position offers excellent benefits and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Open office, manage mail, and answer incoming calls + Manage scheduling and client service coordination + Arrange business travel when necessary + Maintain executive email and handle print requests + Track and manage new business leads + Take and distribute meeting notes + Coordinate with building management and order supplies + Provide basic IT support for the office + Maintain organized filing systems and office operations + Process payroll and 401(k) contributions twice monthly as well as other bookkeeping + Create and send monthly newsletters + Liaise with CPA on QuickBooks and financials + Continue oversight of business policies and financial operations

Requirements Qualifications:
