Job Description:
Be the welcoming face of the firm, greeting visitors and managing the front desk. Orchestrate the symphony of the office, handling tasks from ordering supplies to booking travel. Keep the team fueled and focused by managing meetings, events, and lunch-and-learns. Assist with HR tasks, onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth start. Become a data whiz, supporting the finance team as needed. Tackle special projects and errands with a “can-do” attitude.
Job Requirements:
