Job Description

In our high-performing, fast-paced environment, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Title Clerk & Office Administrator to help keep our back-office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and file paperwork for new and used vehicle titles Verify documentation authenticity and ensure full compliance with state and federal title laws Communicate with customers, finance departments, and DMV offices to resolve title-related issues Maintain accurate and organized records of title and registration documentation Follow up on missing paperwork or discrepancies Assist with inventory documentation and internal tracking Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and customer-facing tasks Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth workflows and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:
