Randolph School seeks an experienced Arts Office Manager. The successful candidate has strong communication skills, is open to change and new challenges, is effective while working in a collaborative work environment, and is proficient in word processing and calendar management. This administrative assistant has demonstrated success in an office environment and has some familiarity with performing arts event logistics. The candidate will support the workload of the Fine Arts Department.

Primary job responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls and visitors, handling communications professionally
  • Support the creation and distribution of arts communications, including newsletters, website, and social media updates
  • Coordinate and organize fine arts event logistics, including physical presence, facilities and security requests, ticketing, external use reservations, food procurement, and master calendar updates
  • Manage volunteer network and specific volunteer opportunities
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating support and repairs as needed
  • Support upkeep and tidiness of physical spaces, including managing keys and door schedules
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree
