Responsible for maintaining office hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (hours subject to change and slightly flexible) On-Call responsibilities include availability to answer on call phone every other week nights/weekends. (frequency subject to change) Responsible for performing miscellaneous clerical tasks Responsible for assisting with activities of the patient/caregiver relationship. Supervisory visits Maintain the caregivers and clients schedules and/or hiring Caregiver/Family introductions Filing and Data entry Marketing to referral sources Set up and eventually conduct caregiver training sessions
Compensation:
Hourly salary – Depending on Experience(40 hours per week) + $300 per week on-call bonus for each week that you are on call Bonus eligibility: $0.15/hr beyond a set goal of weekly hours TBD Cell Phone and or iPad will be provided for on-call purposes 5 days PTO after year 90 days of employment, 10 days after 1 year
