We’re seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator will be the backbone of our office operations. This role involves managing customer communications, coordinating orders, supporting production scheduling, and maintaining organized office records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a small business environment where multitasking is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally. Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices using our business software. Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer details. Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Assist with social media updates, customer follow-ups, and other marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or customer service role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a printing, embroidery, or apparel-related business is a plus, but not required.
