- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
- Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism
- Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
