  • Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism
  • Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
