The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly, supporting staff and management, and maintaining a productive work environment. This job requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing administrative staff and office resources. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring easy access for team members. Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as necessary. Manage phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office. Develop and implement office policies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Assist in team management by providing support to staff members in their daily tasks. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and external partners. Minimum 2 years experience in office management with a solid understanding of administrative processes. Proficiency in QuickBooks is Required. Familiarity with phone systems and office technology to ensure smooth operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in human resources practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
