- ask your Recruiter for details Job DescriptionThe Manager Office is responsible for the route settlement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, facilities management, and general office management functions.
What your day will look like:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable lawsInterview, hire, and train associatesPlan, assign, and direct workAppraise performanceAddress complaints and resolve problemsBuilds positive associate moraleProvides daily support to the Sales Center Manager and teamsProvides

support and reportingReporting to Accounting Managers monthly Petty Cash reconciliation, journal entries and accruals Accounts Receivable pricing corrections/customer/tax refundsResponsible for customer Non-Sufficient Funds processing Manage Invoice Management System Coordinate cross functional support to ensure all shipments are settled and revenue captured Manage internal audit guidelines for facility Support local IT functionalities Manage facility alarm system, cameras, and badge scannersMaintain required safety training log and organizational chart Primary contact for all outside vendorsDrive financial and accounting process improvements Assist with travel arrangements for out of town guests and associate work functionsSupport for natural disasters Manage and assist Sales Center Manager annual Image Review Audits the logs maintained for coupons and event tickets Manage associate product salePerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed:
Minimum age 18 years oldValid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyStrong leadership and organizational skills Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associatesAssociate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to demonstrate interpersonal and planning skillsPhysical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
