Office Manager needed

ASAP PAY RATE

$22•27/

HR DOE Paid Weekly Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls Greet and direct visitors Routinely provide courteous telephone and visitor reception. Maintain stock of office supplies. Reconcile & file paperwork daily. Timekeeping and accounting tasks Data entry and word processing

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have Associates collage degree or 5 years office managing and payroll experience Must be able to multitask Experience in commercial construction preferred Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have professional appearance Good organizational skills Quick learner who can handle different functions

Other Requirements:
