The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively. Responsibilities Manage operational processes and ensure timely and accurate records. Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems. Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to important documents. Responsible for a broad scope of accounting and administrative duties. Support administrative staff and assist with office procedures. You will make calls and schedule appointments with our residential and commercial customers and complete general office work. Responsible for ensuring Best in Class Customer Experience by all team members. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience understanding timekeeping processes. Knowledge of pest control is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations. Experience in maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling.
