About Our Office Manager We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Searcy location. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office procedures, support field technicians, and provide excellent customer service. Office Manager Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, A/R & A/P record-keeping. Coordinate with pest control technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and billing processes. Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications for Office Manager High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Office Manager Benefits:
