Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills who can manage administrative tasks, support the leadership team, and keep the office running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional working environment Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the owner, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing timely orders and managing vendor relationships to support day-to-day needs Manage and schedule content across company social media platforms to support brand visibility and agent engagement Run regular audit reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding action items or discrepancies Monitor and follow up on fees owed by agents, ensuring timely resolution Support onboarding of new realtors, including systems setup, training coordination, and compliance documentation Prepare materials, agendas, and logistics for office meetings and company events Provide day-to-day support to agents, addressing administrative needs and assisting with tools or resources Assist staff with general operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years in office management or administrative support
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Trello, Google Workspace, and basic office equipment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
