The Position:

The Office Manager will be responsible for the financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. S/he will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. S/he will assist with basic Human Resources duties, such as new hire documents, PTO management, temporary disability insurance, and workers’ compensation filings.

About You:

You have a college degree and at least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related You are familiar with ERP systems and have fundamental knowledge of GAAP Organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills are among your greatest strengths You have a hands-on commitment to getting the job done You are a team player but can also work independently with minimal supervision You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel If you are interested in joining a stable, hardworking, welcoming company where you are valued, we want to hear from you!
