Office Administrator-SIRP Position Available In Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut

Office Administrator-SIRP Saxe Doernberger & Vita Trumbull, CT 06611 Job Overview Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. is a rapidly growing national insurance coverage firm whose practice focuses exclusively on representing insurance policyholders. We are currently seeking a Subcontractor Insurance Review Program (SIRP) Administrator in our Trumbull, Connecticut office to join one of our project teams. The person in this position will handle administrative duties including processing a high volume of correspondence, assist with organization of files and document management.

Responsibilities:

Organization of document and email submissions Processing and issuing reports Maintenance and tracking of data with spreadsheets Managing communication channels, such as emails and phone call Supporting attorneys with administrative file tasks

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in a support position in a professional setting Excellent typing and computer skills, preferably in MS Word, MS Excel Outlook experience is a must Ability to take initiative, problem solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently Professional and positive demeanor with a strong work ethic This is a client-facing position so excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy, are essential for success.
