Bookkeeper/Office Manager ERI Building & Design Darien, CT 06820 Job description Bookkeeper/Office Admin for Design/Build firm in lower Fairfield County Looking for ideal candidate who has outstanding communication, excellent organizational and time management skills. Skilled with QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office software. Social media skills will be needed. Job duties would include the following: Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Pro – entering trade/vendor invoices, paying invoices, run reports as needed, reconcile credit cards and banking accounts Point of contact for clients/trades/vendors via e-mail, phone calls and in person office interactions Project management tracking by updating client/trades and vendors information along different platforms Help with scheduling/ordering/follow ups with clients and vendors Keep social media platforms up to date including website File paperwork and emails accordingly both physically and digitally Pay will be based on experience
