The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management, human resources, and vendor relations. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily office activities and ensure efficient workflow within the team. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all clerical tasks are completed accurately and on time. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries. Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents. Supervise, train, and support office staff in processing motor vehicle and licensing transactions Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures Handle escalated customer service issues and complex transactions Monitor office workflow and employee performance Schedule employee shifts and maintain staffing levels Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and deposits Serve as a liaison between the agency and state motor vehicle departments Maintain accurate records and reports Support the agency manager with administrative tasks and audits Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a tag agency, DMV, or similar office environment Previous supervisory or team lead experience required Strong understanding of motor vehicle laws, title and registration procedures Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office and agency-specific software Join our team as an Office Supervisor where you can make a significant impact on our operations while leading a dedicated group of professionals!
