Part-time to Full-time Forest Meadows Cemetery Central, part of Family Owned Funeral Group, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is key to maintaining smooth cemetery operations and supporting our families with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with a calm, helpful demeanor Assist with scheduling appointments and interments Maintain accurate records of deeds, interments, and burial information Track and log financial transactions and related data Communicate clearly with families and internal team members Provide administrative support to management as needed
Requirements:
Strong customer service and phone skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets Organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail Quick learner and team player with a positive attitude Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
