Panama City Beach Front Office Evening Manager you would be responsible for performing your positions responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assists the owners/guests with any complaint or disputes.
Relieves front desk staff when necessary.
Reports any maintenance needs to Engineering daily.
Leads and conducts training sessions for incoming and existing employees staff to ensure quality standards and policies are being met.
Assists the Front Office Director with personnel functions – including, but not limited to, performance management, counseling, scheduling, training, brand standard compliance, and recognition.
Ensures that all VIP rooms are inspected before arrival and will greet and escort these quests to the room.
Performs frequent property walks with the General Manager.
Provides outstanding hospitality to all guests of the resort, ensuring the needs of all customers are met and accurate standards of conduct and efficiency are followed at all times.
Coordinates the maintenance weeks with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office.
Responsible for supervising/running room inventory and room status in resorts PMS and booking systems to ensure that it is timely and accurately updated throughout the day.
Performs daily inspections of all public areas and coordinates the prompt response to any substandard area to the appropriate department.
In coordination with the Director of Front Office, prioritizes outside contractor visits.
Carries out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School Diploma and/or Equivalent
At least 2 years of related experience
2+ years of Managerial experience
Ability to multi task and provide outstanding customer service It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Associate Degree/College Diploma
3+ years of similar experience
4+ years in a Management role with direct reports
