Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Panama City Beach, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing lease administration, handling tenant communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the property. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee lease administration, including reviewing and maintaining lease documents and ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide thorough assistance via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring calls are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct guided tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about leasing opportunities.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling routine office tasks.
  • Maintain accurate property records and update management systems as needed.
  • Assist with administrative office functions, including preparing reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate clerical support tasks to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle specialized clerical duties related to property management. Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in lease administration and familiarity with lease documents.
  • Strong skills in managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to conduct guided tours and communicate effectively with prospective tenants.
  • Experience with receptionist duties and routine clerical support.
  • Knowledge of Office applications and general office administration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle inbound telephone calls professionally.
