Responsibilities Manage office schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and time. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to foster collaboration. Maintain organized office management systems to streamline operations. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities as needed. Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and managing inquiries. Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and promote professional growth. Skills Proficient in schedule management with a focus on optimizing team productivity.
