  • Manage client engagements including job creation.
  • Process staff time reports and present to owner CPA for review and approval.
  • Responsible for billing, collecting and posting of payment receipts.
  • Handle vendor payments.
  • Prepare engagement letters and administer Audits, Reviews and Compiled Financial Statements.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Assist the owner with other duties including the processing of tax returns, filing tax return extensions , e-filing tax returns and responding to client tax notices.
  • Support the separate Registered Investment Advisory practice along with the CPA firm.
  • Compile investment advisory agreements for clients and applications for client investment accounts.
  • Facilitate the movement of money and maintain and monitor client files.
