We support aerospace, defense, and commercial electronics from our expanding Florida facility. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong IT and data skills to join our team.
Job Summary:
This role combines office administration, ERP data handling, and IT support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically capable, and familiar with ERP systems—specifically M1—with experience in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft GCC High is a major plus, especially in support of CMMC compliance.
Responsibilities:
Office & Admin Support
- Coordinate daily office operations and scheduling.
- Manage supplies, vendors, and support purchasing and invoicing.
- Provide administrative assistance across departments. ERP & Reporting
- Work within M1 ERP to manage and enter production, purchasing, and inventory data.
- Create and maintain custom Crystal Reports for operations and analytics.
- Ensure data consistency and assist in process improvements. Database & Documentation
- Manage SQL database entries and queries for internal use.
- Support data exports, custom queries, and performance reports.
- Maintain digital documentation and procedures. IT & User Support
- Provide basic desktop support (software, printers, user access).
- Help set up new workstations and manage software licenses.
- Coordinate with external IT when needed. Secure Systems & Compliance
- Operate in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft GCC High environments.
- Support secure data handling in alignment with CMMC compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or IT/data support.
- Proficiency in Crystal Reports and SQL (Sequel).
- Hands-on experience with M1 ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Access, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Word.
- Familiarity with AVD and GCC High environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
