The perfect candidate for this position would be an individual with excellent customer service skills who is communicative and pays attention to detail. The duties of this position include but are not limited to: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Assisting with dispatching appointments Clerical duties Assisting the Office Manager with: payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing, etc. Sales in our DIY Store Multitasking Data entry Adding/checking notes in the CRM Processing payments Required Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of office admin responsibilities, systems and procedures Must have experience with excel, microsoft office, word, powerpoint. Familiar with CRM programs Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Proven job diligence, dedication, and attention to detail Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public and other employees.
